What exactly am I getting when I book a shoot?
You will have your listing or property professionally photographed by one of the top real estate photography companies in San Antonio. Along with any additional add-ons, you will receive up to 35 professional images, grass greened (grass can not be added) MLS room dimensions, slideshow, and photos ready same day/evening.
Your site says 50 images. Does that mean I'll receive 50 images?
While there is a 50 image limit, it does not mean all properties will require 50 images. We will photograph until we feel we have truly captured all the angles needed to showcase the property in the best way possible.
Does someone need to be present for the session?
Nope! If you have a lockbox or Supra lockbox at the property, we can access it and photograph the property. We will turn on all lights, adjust blinds, move small objects if needed, and of course we will turn off all lights and lock the property. You won't even know we where there.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule a session?
When you book a shoot you will receive a confirmation email with all the information about the shoot as well as the option to reschedule or cancel allowing you to be in full control of your shoot. At the moment there is no cancellation fee. If you decide to cancel the shoot you will be refunded 100%.
Do you offer a special price for listings that are for "rent" and not "for sale"?
Whether the property is going for sale, rent, Airbnb, etc., the same amount of work goes into each photo session. In short, we do not have special pricing at this time.
Will you photograph neighborhood amenity centers?
If requested and if either the home owner or realtor is present we may photography the amenity center. This is to avoid any unnecessary confrontation if the amenity centers are being used by the residents
When would using an aerial drone be ideal?
Aerial drone photography is great when you want to showcase the lot size of a property or any special features near the property such as a golf course, lake, shopping center, greenbelt, etc. Due to the several military bases and airport there are flying restrictions when near these areas. If we are not able to fly the drone due to an air traffic restriction you will be refunded.
Will you service other areas outside of San Antonio?
We do service the surrounding areas such as Canyon Lake, Floresville, New Braunfels, La Vernia, etc. However these do include a trip charge due to being well outside of the San Antonio city limits.
